Access to the tourist spots from NAGATA-YA

(1) 1 minute to the Genbaku Dome (Atomic Bomb Dome) on foot

On August 6, 1945, the building was severely damaged and burnt by the first atomic bomb ever used in Warfare. The Atomic Bomb Dome is a symbol oh Hiroshima, conveying to us the horror of nuclear weapons and appealing for world peace. In 1996, the dome was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

(2) 10 seconds to the Peace Park on foot

Cross the pedestrian crossing right after you go out our restaurant, and you will be at the Peace Park. There are "Genbaku Dome (Atomic Bomb Dome)": A World Heritage and "Peace Memorial Museum", which play its roles in telling the importance of peace in the Peace Park.

(3) 3 minutes to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum

The museum displays materials that show the history of Hiroshima before and after the bombings, and the realities of the terrible devastation of the atomic bombing, appealing for the el imination of all nuclear weapons and permanent world peace.

(4) 30 seconds to World Heritage Sea Route Embarkation Point

The river cruise offers great views of Hiroshima City, also known as a city of rivers, a city of bridges, or a city of water. The night cruise and the Hiroshima World Heritage Sea Route (from the Atomic Bomb Dome to Miyajima) also offer great entertainment.
